Ken McLeod, Ph.D. (CEO/CSO/Chairman)
Dr. McLeod is internationally renown for his research on how physical factors influence biological tissue adaptation, and the link between muscle activity and cardiovascular function. Dr. McLeod is a principal developer of numerous healthcare technologies, including: ultrasound fracture healing (SAFHS), Vibro-myography (VMG), pulsed shortwave therapy (PSWT), directed beam patient warming, as well as magnetic neuro-modulation. Dr. McLeod received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT, and has taught on the faculty of MIT, Tufts University, Stony Brook University, and Binghamton University. He is the holder of over 25 patents in the healthcare field. Prior to taking the lead at Sonostics, Dr. McLeod served as a founder and advisor for several medical device companies, including: Applied Epigenetics, Inc., Exogen, Inc., Bioelectronics, Inc., and Juvent Medical, Inc.
Glen Hines, MBA,CMA

Mr. Hines has spent his career in the medical device industry, working in CFO, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer positions. He has experience growing ventures by more than 3x as well as managing M&D deals.
Kyle Washington

Mr. Washington is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of banking, real estate, and consumer marketing experience, including the founding of DermaCare Labs, Inc., NuGenix, Inc., Pathways Training Corp., The Salt Lake Connoisseur, American Mortgage Group, AMG Mortgage Investment Bank, Inc., K3 Development Partners, L.P., 1st City Financial, LLC, NY Paralegal Express, LLC, WebPrivate.Org, and Primordial Management Group. He has extensive experience in direct to consumer marketing, including setting-up and managing in-bound and out-bound call centers and coordinating and executing direct mail campaigns. Mr. Washington studied Philosophy at Brigham Young University.
Bruce Badeau
VP Strategic Planning
Mr. Badeau, has extensive experience in making VBA financial models, and structuring businesses for capital raises, mergers, and acquisitions. Provides capital sourcing and strategic financial planning for the company. He is a Graduate of The Lawrenceville School and UC Santa Barbara – Economics.
Eric Dohner, M.D. (CMO)
Dr. Dohner is a vascular specialist with over 20 years of experience in clinical medicine. He received his medical degree from Temple University and operates a group of five vein and skin centers in the Southern Tier of New York.
Chuck Schwerin

Mr. Schwerin is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Sonostics. He is currently engaged with Applied AI Consulting and is pursuing other avenues to promote Assistive Technologies such as the HeartPartner. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Business Services for the Tompkins County Economic Development Agency, and as a Certified Business Advisor for the Small Business Development Center at Binghamton University.
Suzanne McLeod, Ed.D. (Series A Shareholder Board Representative)
Dr. McLeod is Managing Director of the Leadership Ventures Group, LLC. She serves, as well, \ as Coordinator of the Educational Leadership Program at Binghamton University, \ as a consultant for Educational Support Services of Fredonia, NY, and, on the New York State Council of School Superintendents in Albany, NY. She received her doctorate in the field of educational leadership and policy.
